As Senior Partner for Design & Development, Cindy works with the management team, creative teams and developers to ensure that the highest quality of workmanship and professionalism are evident in each project that By His Design undertakes. Whether she is meeting with clients, working on a project or overseeing the work of others, she makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and excellence in design at every stage of the design and development process.
Cindy has worked in HRM, Education and A/V Production. She has owned and operated a small business and assisted others in the process of starting, developing and marketing their businesses. In addition to her 10 years at BHD, she is the Vice Chair of the Small Business Council, a member of the Minority Business Services Committee and serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce as well. |

Dwayne Snowden is a Partner and Administrative Advisor for By His Design. He works closely with the management team and helps with evaluation of the company, its goals and objectives. Offering an experienced administrative perspective, he is instrumental in defining company decisions and direction. He also contributes to the creative team’s efforts through copy-writing and content evaluation as needed. His expertise lies in education, administration and writing. He has served as a public school educator, principal & Director of Elementary Education. |

As a Partner and Administrator at By His Design, Winsome Snowden works with the management team providing administrative leadership and evaluation. She has a creative approach to business leadership and an eye for aesthetically pleasing design. She is directly involved in determining company goals and direction. She also contributes to the creative team’s efforts and provides art and content evaluation as needed. Her expertise lies in education, customer service and management. She has served as an educator, director and independent contractor. |

Carolyn is a vital part of By His Design's Team. In addition to working on the Management Team, she oversees our office and has the role of Executive Assistant to Cindy as well. She is instrumental in client relations, sales management, coordinates planning and research efforts and provides art and content evaluation. Her expertise lies in customer service, office management, organization, research, and corporate event and travel planning. From start-up to follow-up, she is qualified, experienced and of great value. She has served as an Office Manager, Secretary, Executive Secretary and has experience in human resources. Her most recent positions have been in the role of Executive Secretary. |
She was named the 2010 Female Minority Business Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2011 Small Business Person of the Year. Her expertise lies in web design and graphic design. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Arizona University and has completed additional courses at CCCC and UNCW. She has also completed the Master Entrepreneur Program, which is a cooperative effort of the SBTDC at UNCW and the SBC at CCCC.
